The **10K Timed Run** is open to runners aged 16 and above on race day, with a cut-off of 1 hour 45 minutes. The** 5K Timed Run** is open from age 12, with a cut-off of 1 hour. Runners under 18 need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. If you have never raced a 10K, late February is a good time to try.
