1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery (unless specified otherwise for specific products).

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Digital downloads or online services
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Personal care, hygiene, or perishable items
- Customized or made-to-order products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@chdlife.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll share the return address and shipping
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- The item shows signs of use
- The item is returned after the standard return window
- Packaging or tags are missing
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered in error. If you need an exchange, send us an email at hello@chdlife.com with photos and details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or alternate solution.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed — in that case, you can apply for a return after delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us at hello@chdlife.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund (as applicable) at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after confirmation:
- Check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially
