In this short in-person class you’ll become familiar with the power of mindfulness meditation and its stress-reducing properties. You will learn the fundamentals of breathwork that will help you better manage your emotions, enhance your focus, fight depression and improve your cognitive abilities.
You will also gain insights into how the respiratory system works and contributes to the overall state of wellbeing.
