1.   Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working
  • During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sales, or launches), processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

2.   Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and courier partner.

3.   Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before
  • Free shipping may be available for promotional periods or orders above a certain value — as announced on our website.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult delivery zones as per courier

4.   Delivery Partners

The Chandigarh Life works with trusted national and regional courier partners such as: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Shiprocket-affiliated carriers. Tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

5.   Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to check real-time delivery status. If your tracking ID isn’t active immediately, please allow 24 hours for the courier to update the data.

6.   Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen reasons (weather, strikes, pandemic restrictions, etc.), The Chandigarh Life will do its best to communicate proactively. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7.   Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

8.   International Shipping

Currently, The Chandigarh Life ships within India only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future — updates will be announced on chdlife.com and our social media channels.

9.   Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged, open, or tampered package:

  • Take clear photos and an unboxing video before
  • Email us at hello@chdlife.com within 48 hours of
  • Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
