    • Users can also download tickets from their CHDLIFE account dashboard under the “My Tickets” section.

2. Physical Deliveries (If Applicable)

    • The delivery terms for select events that require physical tickets or merchandise will be outlined at the time of purchase.
    • The delivery timeline and shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.
  2. Delivery Area:
    • Physical delivery is available within specific regions of India, as determined by the event organiser.
  3. Delivery Timeframe:
    • Physical items are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping address.

3. Delivery Issues

  1. Non-Receipt of Tickets:
    • Please check your spam or junk email folder if you do not receive your tickets within the expected timeframe.

  2. Incorrect Details Provided by the User:
    • Users must ensure that their email and contact information is accurate. CHDLIFE is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.
