The two races

The race keeps things simple with only two distances. The 10K Timed Run is open to runners aged 16 and above on race day, with a cut-off of 1 hour 45 minutes. The 5K Timed Run is open from age 12, with a cut-off of 1 hour. Runners under 18 need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

If you have never raced a 10K, late February is a good time to try. Chandigarh mornings are still cool, and the flat roads around Sector 1 suit a steady first attempt or a push for a new personal best.
