A Mini World Tour of Doll Museum
The Doll Museum is home to over 250 dolls from 25 countries; this museum has an amazing thing which allows visitors to travel the world without leaving the city. The dolls are not manufactured locally but imported from across the globe, representing countries such as Austria, Belgium, China, Hong Kong, Spain and many more. From bridal dolls dressed in traditional Indian attire to tribal attire showcasing rural lifestyles, every doll tells a story. There are even scenes from Indian epics like the Mahabharata and timeless fairy tales like Cinderella and Alibaba, all brought to life through dolls.More Than Just Dolls
The museum isn’t just about pretty dolls behind glass. It’s also about an educational and cultural hub. A model of the toy train from Himachal Pradesh, detailed shadow puppets, and miniature exhibits bring regional art and history to life.
